Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how trials, cancellations and refunds work for Vibify subscriptions purchased through Paddle.
Effective date: August 8, 2026
1. Three-day trial
You can cancel your 3-day trial at any time before it ends and you will not be charged.
2. Full refunds within 14 days
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge or a subscription renewal.
3. After the 14-day period
After the 14-day period, we do not provide refunds or pro-rated credits for a period of the service that has already been used, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current paid period.
5. Payments with Paddle
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle returns approved refunds to the original payment method; the processing time depends on your payment provider or bank.
6. How to request a refund
Email us from the address associated with your Vibify account and include your Paddle order number: srodionov@vibify.io.
