Terms of Service

1. The service

Vibify helps you organise workspaces, tasks, calendar events, notes, voice capture, collaboration, connected integrations, public booking and AI-assisted planning. Features may change as the service evolves.

2. Your account and content

• Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information.
• You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to Vibify.
• You give Vibify the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronise, display and share your content only as you direct through the service.

3. Responsible use

• Do not use Vibify to break the law, interfere with the service, access another person’s account, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
• When you share a workspace, note, booking page or integration, you are responsible for the access you grant and the information you make available.
• We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or comply with applicable requirements.

4. AI, voice and recordings

• AI suggestions, plans, summaries and search results are assistance, not professional advice. Review important output before relying on it.
• Voice features and call recording may create audio files and transcripts and may use external processing services described in the Privacy Policy.
• When recording is enabled, Vibify may temporarily process original microphone and/or system audio, including other participants’ voices, to create transcripts, summaries, notes and, where enabled, a voice-masked or robotised audio version. The original audio is deleted after processing.
• Before recording or sharing audio that includes other people, you are responsible for obtaining any notice, permission or consent required in your situation.

5. Plans, integrations and availability

Some capabilities may be available only on a paid plan. The applicable price, billing interval and plan details are shown before checkout. Third-party integrations are also governed by their own terms. We work to keep Vibify available and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated date and, for material changes, provide an appropriate notice in the application or by email.
